About
I'm Jeremy. I coach high-responsibility professionals to attend to their earth suit—so it can attend to them.
I built DoFit for the quietly overwhelmed professional — the one who's "tried everything," who runs the calendar for everyone but themselves, who's terrified that one more failed program will be the one they don't recover from.
Book a Call With Me
My why
In 2008, my father died — and I learned my body had been carrying what my mind couldn't touch.
I cried at the funeral. Then I went right back to managing everyone else's feelings. I was running an insurance agency, holding civic obligations, raising a family bound by loans and the fear that one wrong move would cost us everything. I'd wake at 3 a.m. with my mind already racing. When I couldn't process what I was feeling, I ate to numb it — to give myself something to control when everything else was slipping.
In a moment somewhere between clarity and desperation, I used a piece of my father's small inheritance to sit with a physician and learn how to fuel my body. Then I started walking. Flat sidewalks. Small inclines. Wind, rain, snow. Nothing dramatic — just me, the road, and the quiet.
What I didn't understand then but know now: the walking was doing what thinking couldn't. The grief I'd lodged in my chest, the tension in my shoulders — movement gave it somewhere to go. I wasn't engineering a body. I was creating a daily rhythm my nervous system could finally recognize as safety. Twenty pounds came off as a consequence of that care, not a goal I chased.
That's the shift I now coach in others. Most of us have been handed systems that demand we override our body's wisdom — chase perfect results, push through, prove discipline. But the body isn't the problem, and neither are you. Stop fixing. Start listening. Stop forcing. Start partnering.
Now it's your turn. What will you discover when you stop forcing and start listening to your body?
Philosophy
Four steady ideas to return to.
Steward the earth suit
Your body isn't a project to perfect. It's the vessel that carries your life. Attend to it now, so it can attend to you.
Orientation over optimization
Most plans work on perfect weeks. When life hits, they break. We start with contact—read your signals, adjust, and keep a rhythm you can return to.
Return is always allowed
Missed days aren't failure — they're information. Replace, don't cancel. No restart ritual. No story. Just return.
Practice over performance
This isn't about proving discipline or chasing a version of you. It's about building a livable rhythm — presence over pressure, consistency over intensity.
